Deep Experience

Therapeutic Massage is a unique treatment designed to release muscle tension, deeply relax and energise the body by stimulating circulation and deep motion.

There are many different types of hand movements used throughout the massage: a combination of long strokes, kneading, rolling, gliding, with the application of oil to reduce friction on the skin.

All treatments are tailored to the needs of the individual.

The main purposes are to increase the flow of oxygen in the blood and release toxins from the muscles, stimulate the nervous system and reduce emotional and physical stress.

Therapeutic Massage traditionally takes place on a massage table.


Towels and sheets are used to cover the body and only the area which is being focused on will be uncovered at a time. Natural oils are used to increase the depth of the motion and to sooth the skin.

  • Therapeutic Massage is suitable for everyone regardless of their age and state of health.
  • It is suggested not to have a meal 1 hour prior to the treatment.

  • At my home studio – £45/30min or £65/1hr or £90/1.5hrs
  • At comfort of your home or any other place – £45/30min or £65/1hr or £90/1.5hrs + transport cost (only for regular clients)

  What to prepare:

  • Do not eat 1 hour before the treatment

Cancellation policy
Please note, that at least 48hrs in advance is requested for cancellation of the treatment otherwise 50% of the cost will be charged as it provides insufficient time to offer the slot to someone else.
