My passion is to share the beauty and essence of life through holistic practices, which I believe can empower individuals to live more balanced and fulfilling lives.

I love seeing my clients grow and relax, becoming stronger but softer at the same time. Being able to listen to their body, follow the rhythm of the breath, and soften… Developing strength in the body and lightness in the mind.

YOGA

My journey began in 1999, when I discovered the true art and practice of yoga through the Yoga in Daily Life tradition, founded by Swami Maheshwarananda. This path led me to understand the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit, and inspired me to share this knowledge with others.
I received my yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta ashram in India in 2015, an opportunity I am deeply grateful for.

Through my own personal experience, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of yoga, breathwork and meditation. These practices have not only helped me heal physical pains and aches but have also taught me how to connect with myself, balance my mind and body, and appreciate the beauty of life.

BODYWORK & MASSAGE

After receiving the healing touch of my grandmother’s hands when I was a child, I had a wish that one day I would share this gift with others so they, too, could experience release, lightness, and freedom within the body.

I needed only one session in the deep Himalayas to understand and appreciate the power of Thai Yoga Massage. I studied this art in Himalayas, then deepened my knowledge with well-known tutor Kira Balaskas (School of Thai Yoga Massage) in London; I’ve been sharing this practice since 2010.

I also developed a passion for Therapeutic Oil Massage combining practices of deep tissue and sports massage or Soothing Restorative Oil Massage with the healing and gentle long strokes of a Swedish massage, both studied in Prague and practised since 2002.

MEDITATION

In 2003, I attended a silent retreat in India and was introduced to Vipassana, insight meditation. The practice quickly became a foundation for my daily life. Since then, I’ve deepened my practice with yearly 10- or 20-day silent retreats in Herefordshire and India.

I am a certified and insured practitioner with over 20 years of experience in yoga, massage therapy, breathwork and meditation.

My goal is to share the pure essence and benefits of these practices. I believe we can all benefit from a healthier and more balanced approach to life.
