The Event
I’m delighted to welcome you to these three special evenings. Designed to enhance your skills and promote deep relaxation, each event is divided into two parts.
In the first part, we will begin with gentle bodywork to release the tension we tend to hold within the body. This will be followed by Breathwork practice, exploring different breathing techniques and their benefits.
We’ll conclude the first part with a Mindfulness meditation, resting in the present moment.
After a brief break in silence, we’ll continue with the second part: complete relaxation. Each of the three events will have a unique focus, but all will guide you towards a state of profound relaxation. There will be tea and a healthy snack at the end for those who wish to connect with fellow attendees.

19th October – Effortless relaxation (Yoga Nidra)

9th November – Energy centres
– Exploring the 7 energy centres (chakras) within the body.
21st December – Gratitude
– Reflection and appreciation.
We rarely think about our breathing, but it can reveal a lot about our stress levels. Let’s take a moment to notice your breath and how it moves. Are there any areas of tension in your body? Our daily lives constantly impact our nervous system, so it’s important to take time to reset and regulate.
It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life but hard to slow down, to feel your feet on the ground, to tune into the rhythm of the breath or to find energy and overcome sluggishness.
This event is suitable for everyone.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat or similar mat unless you prefer to sit on a chair. It is suggested to bring a cushion or pillow for comfortable sitting and as a support for your head during the relaxation time, a blanket and eye mask can be helpful to allow you to feel relaxed and comfortable. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
