The Event
I’m delighted to invite you to these three special events.
Evenings designed to promote deep relaxation and enhance your skills by exploring breathwork and mindfulness meditation.
Attend any or all of the sessions.
6.30-8.30 PM at Adventure Dolphin, Pangbourne
Each evening has two parts.
In the first part, we will begin with gentle bodywork to release the tension we tend to hold within the body. This will be followed by Breathwork practice, exploring different breathing techniques and their benefits.
We’ll conclude the first part with a Mindfulness meditation. There is no need for previous meditation experience.
After a brief break in silence, we’ll continue with the second part: complete relaxation. Each of the three events will have a unique focus, but all will guide you towards a state of profound relaxation.
There will be tea and a healthy snack at the end for those who wish to connect with fellow attendees.

19th October – Effortless relaxation (Yoga Nidra)

It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life but hard to slow down, to feel your feet on the ground, to tune into the rhythm of the breath or to find energy and overcome sluggishness.

Suitable for everyone, no previous experience needed.
What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat or similar mat unless you prefer to sit on a chair. It is suggested to bring a cushion or pillow for comfortable sitting and as a support for your head during the relaxation time, a blanket and eye mask can be helpful to allow you to feel relaxed and comfortable. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.

Please note that the live stream may have slightly lower visual quality due to dimmed lighting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. While your experience will primarily be auditory, I’ll do my best to ensure optimal visibility.
