A Unique Therapy

Thai Yoga Massage is a unique massage therapy which combines acupressure and gentle yoga-based stretches. The therapist uses thumb, palm, elbow, knee and foot pressure along important energy lines whilst moving the body through sequences of stretches. It is a deeply relaxing experience, extremely effective in relaxing stiff joints, releasing muscular tension and congested toxins. This technique releases blockages, leads to increased vitality and well being, and restores the body’s own natural healing potential, health and harmony. It aids breathing and circulation and helps to improve flexibility and alignment, reduces stress, and improves posture.


Thai Yoga Massage treatments are tailored to the needs of the individual. The massage is applied through the clothes and takes place on a comfortable mat on the floor. Therefore, loose comfortable clothing should be worn.
